The course. npdunmasked.com sells access to an online course: written chapters, narration, downloads and a reader account. Buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and listen for your own use, for as long as the site exists. It is not therapy, legal advice or crisis support, and nothing in it is a diagnosis of you or of anyone else. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Payment. The price shown at the checkout, $249, is charged once through Stripe. Where a payment plan is offered, each payment is taken monthly on the same card and access continues while the plan is paid; a plan that stops being paid stops the access. Team seats are one purchase of several seats handed out with an invite link; each seat is for one person.

Refunds. If the course is not what you expected, email within 14 days of buying and we will refund you. A refund closes access to the course.

Your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Sharing chapters, narration or downloads with people who have not bought the course is not allowed. We may close an account that does that.

Content. Everything on this site is ours or used with permission. You may keep the downloads for your own use; you may not republish, resell or redistribute them.

Availability. We aim to keep the site up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we ever stop running the course, we will tell you by email first.
